SCOTT MCCUTCHEON
PRESIDENT
Scott is our founder, principal, and CEO! He began incentAdvise in 2008 at his kitchen table, and he has grown it into a full-service firm with operations across the United States.
As a seasoned professional in a field that thrives on maximizing opportunities, Scott leverages his expertise to guide other business owners through the intricate landscape of tax credits and incentives.
Fun Facts:
He loves golf and spending time
with his family! When he’s not busy helping business owners save money on their taxes, you will either find him on the golf course of on an exciting adventure with his wife and kids.
kendyll trenary
VP OF OPERATIONS
Kendyll is our Vice President! She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and her master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Irvine.
Kendyll has worked with incentAdvise since 2017. She has a demonstrated history of assisting businesses and their owners with marketing, operations, growth, and sustainability efforts.
In her off time, Kendyll enjoys traveling to South East Asia, frequenting Anaheim Ducks games, as well as spending time with friends, family, and her dog!
nicolas palermo
DIRECTOR OF EXECUTIVE SALES
Nicolas Palermo is our Director of Sales and Business Development. He graduated from the Vanguard University with a degree in Business Administration.
With ten years of experience in the healthcare industry, Nicolas joined incentAdvise in 2022 to assist business owners with finding relevant tax credits and tax-saving strategies for their industries. He has leveraged his expertise to maximize incentives and savings for clients while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
In his free time, Nicolas enjoys spending time with his family and managing a Little League team!

EXECUTIVE SALES
Brian Reeves is incentAdvise’s Director of Business Development. He is a licensed business intermediary and received a BS in Finance, Real Estate and Law.
As an entrepreneur for most of his life, Brian started his journey as a child making candy and went on to patent numerous consumer products and build successful product development and manufacturing companies. He focuses these strengths towards helping business owners and real estate investors increase their cash flow through specialty tax incentives.
In his free time, Brian enjoys meeting new people, traveling, and spending time outdoors.

TAX MANAGER
Caleb Clarke is one of incentAdvise’s tax managers. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama with an emphasis and specialization in Marketing.
Caleb has worked with incentAdvise since 2021 and now expertly manages our growing team of tax professionals through the credit process for a large number of clients. He is also known for skillfully conducting detailed tax credit studies to identify and maximize potential savings for each client he works with.
In his time away from work, Caleb loves to play golf, fish, and cook with friends.

Braden Odom works with the tax team as an associate. He graduated from the University of Alabama in 2022 with a degree in Finance and Computer Science.
Braden has been an integral part of our team since joining. With nearly three years of experience at incentAdvise, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role, particularly excelling in building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and tailored solutions.
His hobbies include: rock climbing and “the most embarrassing golf you’ve ever seen”!

TAX ASSOCIATE
Collin Wood is a tax associate and support analyst at incentAdvise. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Alabama and is now pursuing financial courses to deepen his knowledge of tax code.
Collin has worked with incentAdvise since 2021. He has skillfully guided clients through the intricate process of securing vital and valuable tax credits, significantly contributing to the financial prosperity and growth of their businesses.
He is also an Eagle Scout with a deep appreciation and love for nature and helping others. Some of Collin’s hobbies include sports, fishing, camping, reading, and traveling.
Brandon quinnelly
TAX ASSOCIATE
Brandon Quinnelly is a tax associate and graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Consumer Sciences.
Brandon joined the incentAdvise team in 2021. His collaborative nature and strong communication skills make him not only a valuable team player but also a great asset to clientele. Brandon works to educate clients on any credit opportunities available to their businesses while also directly guiding them through the study process.
In his free time, he is extremely passionate about hunting and fishing, and he also enjoys training dogs.
cole mccutcheon
TAX ASSOCIATE
Cole McCutcheon is a tax associate and another member of the McCutcheon clan to join the incentAdvise family! He graduated from the University of Alabama with a Business degree specializing in Finance.
Since joining the team in 2021, Cole has demonstrated a broad skill set in accounting, economics, statistics, and data analysis. Initially studying aerospace engineering, his background enables him to contribute his industry insights to R&D tax credit work.
In his spare time, Cole enjoys hanging out with friends and family, playing golf, participating in intramural sports, and spending time outdoors.
seidy trenary
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Seidy Trenary works as an administrative assistant for our team. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine and is currently applying to universities across California for a master’s program in Counseling.
She has worked with incentAdvise for just over a year, but has proven vital to the success of the team. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to excellence, she consistently goes above and beyond in her role.
Outside of work, Seidy enjoys traveling, yoga, and hiking with friends.
hanna mccutcheon
ADMIN-TAX SUPPORT
Hanna McCutcheon works with both our tax and admin teams as a liaison and to provide additional support. Hanna attended the University of Alabama and received her degree in English with a minor in American History. She is also a corporate paralegal, having been certified through the ABA approved program at Loyola University Chicago.
Hanna has recently begun working with incentAdvise, and is happy to have joined the family business. Her skills include elevated reading comprehension, professional and legal writing, research and analysis, oral and written communication, and problem solving.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, practicing yoga, going to the riverwalk/lakefront and beach, and reading a good new book!
