OUR PROCESS

We have a streamlined, client-centered process to ensure our clients receive the best service possible.

STEP 1:

Hello!

We begin by scheduling a complimentary 

introductory phone call. We go over your company's industry, qualifying activities, and more.  After the call, if you choose to move forward, we will send you over a consulting agreement to begin working with you on your R&D Tax Credit Analysis.

STEP 2:

THE KICKOFF

The next step is scheduling a kickoff call with the incentAdvise Team. Here, we will discuss next steps, documents to be collected, expectations, and timelines. 

STEP 3:

THE COLLECTION

You will now send over the necessary documents to our tax experts that will be factored into your R&D Calculation.  We will also begin discussing scheduling for your company's R&D Interviews, which will be included in your audit defense packet. 

STEP 4:

THE calculation

After all of your documents have been sent over, your tax manager will begin carefully analyzing the materials to ensure you receive the maximum benefit possible. 

STEP 5:

THE findings

Once your R&D Tax Credits have been calculated, your tax manager will send an R&D Tax Credit Report Draft to you and your CPA for review. 

STEP 6:

THE Finale

The last step of the process is ensuring that you claim your tax credits. We work directly with your CPA to walk them through including the R&D Tax Credits on your tax returns. We will request draft returns and final returns to ensure that credits have been properly reported for maximum benefit.
